Post-Publication Discussion

The masile Jurnal Studi Ilmu Keislaman is committed to maintaining the quality, transparency, and integrity of the scientific record in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. Following the publication of an article, the journal encourages members of the academic community, researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders to provide scholarly feedback, constructive criticism, clarifications, or reports of potential errors in published articles.

This policy is guided by the principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the journal's publication ethics standards.

Forms of Post-Publication Discussion

1. Letter to the Editor

Readers may submit written comments or critical evaluations concerning articles previously published in the journal. Submissions must be directly relevant to the scientific content of the article, supported by appropriate evidence or well-founded academic arguments, and presented in a respectful, professional, and constructive manner.

Letters containing offensive language, personal attacks, defamatory statements, or unsupported allegations will not be considered.

All submitted letters will be evaluated by the Editorial Board to determine their relevance, scientific merit, and suitability for publication.

2. Author Response

Authors of the original articles will be given an opportunity to respond to comments, questions, or criticisms raised by readers.

Where appropriate, the authors' responses may be published alongside the corresponding Letters to the Editor to ensure a balanced, transparent, and comprehensive scientific record.

Such contributions will undergo editorial assessment and, where appropriate, a peer-review process to ensure their scientific validity, relevance, and academic quality.

The correction notice will be published transparently and linked to the original article to ensure that readers can access the updated scientific record.
